Congratulations - Puga Congratulations Frank Puga!Frank and Mary Puga proudly announce that their son Frank Puga, Jr. received his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in December 2009. Frank’s doctorate research was in psychology with a focus on behavioral neuroscience. Frank’s research in neuroscience was inspired by his grandparents Raul and Celia Real y Vasquez who both suffered from Alzheimer’s disease. Frank graduated from Jefferson/Silva Magnet high school with high honors and got his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and Psychology at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Frank is currently continuing his search at UT-Austin. Dr. Frank Puga, Jr. we are very proud of you!Love Mom, Dad, Christel, Jeremy, Michael, Renee, Madeline, Mike, Michelle, Mikey, Isabella, Gabrielle, all your Uncles, Aunts and cousins.

Engagement - Kelly/Hardin Sean and Sue Kelly of El Paso are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacy Lynn Kelly, to Mr. Lee R. Hardin, son of Marvin and Yolanda Hardin of Corpus Christi, Texas. Stacy is a 2003 graduate of Franklin High School and has a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Minor in Business from Texas State University. She is currently employed as the Merchandise Coordinator with the Four Seasons Resort and Club in Las Colinas, TX. Lee graduated from Calallen High School in Corpus Christi, Texas and received a Bachelors Degree in Exercise/Sports Science from Texas State University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. A May 1, 2010 wedding is planned in Dallas.
