Cesar Sotelo, left, and Matthew Lee, both of Skyline Window Cleaning of Phoenix were suspended as they cleaned the front side mirror-like windows of the El Paso County Courthouse Friday. The windows are given a cleaning once per year, said Al Leeson, operations manager for Skyline. The crew expects to be done with the work on Sunday.
