Construction personnel worked on the rooftop beams of the new U.S. Courthouse in Downtown El Paso Friday. Construction, which began in March 2006, is continuing on the $74 million courthouse. The courthouse was expected to be completed by Jan. 2009, although there have been some construction delays.
