02 JUL 1946 - U.S CONSUL STEPHEN E AGUIRRE and his staff will be hosts to a Fourth of July celebration in the Consulate offices, Juarez, from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Independence of the Philippines also will be observed. In the picture are (front row, left to right), Vice-Consul Lionel S. Mordecai, Vice Consul Edward S. Benet, Consul Aguirre, Vice-Consul J.D. Lambeth, Blanche B.
