Beta Sigma Phi honors Janice Woods Windle

Janice Woods Windle was selected as First Lady of El Paso by Beta Sigma Phi and honored at a luncheon Feb. 18 at the El Paso Country Club. For more than 30 years, Windle headed the El Paso Community Foundation, one of El Paso's best-known nonprofit organizations.
