Shots strike City Hall

A large-caliber bullet went through a west-facing wall Tuesday afternoon at City Hall. The bullet entered the ninth-floor office of Assistant City Manager Pat Adauto. There were no injuries.  A rod was placed in the bullet hole to mark where the bullet entered. Vanessa Monsisvais / El Paso Times
