12/18/1958 John Lucas, noted El Paso banana vendor, Wednesday was back at his old job with a new horse pulling his wagon. Nellie, his longtime business partner died recently and John started looking for a new horse to take over the work. He successor, Little Lady, here keeps one ear cocked for John's bidding. She's not as sharp as Nellie, John admits, but "she'll learn."
