Ray Vigil, a member of the VFW, saluted during the 34th annual Massing of the Colors held at St. Raphael Catholic Church Saturday. The El Paso Chapter of the Military Order of the World Wars hosted more than 80 unitsfor the ceremony. Organizers said the event is a re-dedication of the nation's faith in the U.S. flag and what it represents and shows support for service members, both past and present. Color guards from the military, schools, law enforcement and veterans groups. The commemoration dates back to 1922.
